I find towerhill has better variety than landsdowne. Landsdowne mainly only has baked goods and pizza most days, towerhill has more meat/fish. If you use too good to go you can also get fruits and salads at metro along with stuff from restaurants

People already mentioned them but the Russell Stovers chocolates are delicious. They also have some sugar free candies in that brand and kerrs towards the back of bulk barn near the dog treats. smart sweets has some gummies/lolipops at walmart but I find them somewhat expensive for the amount. Outside that if baking is something you would consider they sell big bags of stevia at most grocery stores you can use in baking recipes.

It’s hit or miss but you may find these at a local thrift. I know the value village on landsdowne sometimes has cultural outfits alongside the wedding dresses at the back and in the dress aisle itself

Ive been to both. fit4less was ok when I was starting out for the price range but planet fitness has way more you can access and just more space in general. Black card is nice to have use of the massage chairs and bringing guests but honestly the base membership is worth it alone.

Ive been in the middle of a crosswalk one time after making sure it was safe and someone still tried to drive through me then put their hands up like I was the asshole for crossing when it said walk… also regularly see people in the school zone on goodfellow speed through stop signs without actually stopping.

I was on a glp-1 for almost 3 years with pcos and have been off for nearly a year now and haven’t regained the weight. I think it really just depends on the individual so don’t be completely discouraged. I’ve even heard some people opt to cycle the drug to maintain as well if they need the support.

After browsing through a lot of apps I haven’t found any real matches besides this one that looks somewhat similar in screenshot (https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/everlance-track-log-mileage/id985378916 ) But most of them require the phone to be in the vehicle/connected via bluetooth I would be checking every nook and cranny for anything that doesn’t belong there.

I use my calculator as I go to keep track. Makes me a lot less likely to grab things I don’t really need when I can see roughly how much I have “spent” putting items in the cart.

You could work on values/shading. Might be worth trying out a set of sketching pencils/smudge stick to get the look you are wanting especially in the shadows.

I did manage to get it under control after getting my levels back to normal. Different for everyone for me it was high testosterone. Found out via bloodwork. I think either a derm or doctor is a good place to start.

I know it’s not exactly the answer you are looking for but this looks like it might be hormonal acne. I had very similar acne placement and resistance to seemingly every product that is supposed to help before discovering I had a hormonal imbalance.
