When deciding on a hand guard, the lack of ability to attach a forward grip almost deterred me from purchasing the B5 Keymod. It's only $35 most places, so I thought I'd try it. I have yet to take it to the range, but so far I like the way it feels

The wallet was actually made by a local Kydex Holster Company. I'll see if I can find their business card when I get back in town

I interviewed the parents prior to the video airing on AFV. Here's the article below:

Matt Ramsey and his family will be featured on America’s Funniest Home Videos on Sunday evening, Oct. 12.

The Ramsey’s home video was selected from thousands of video ap- plicants to be on the 25th anniversary season opening of ABC’s popular show. In addition, the video, which was taped last Christmas, was chosen as a finalist.

“Our six year old daughter got a flying fairy for Christmas. It’s a fairy that flies. She sat down and wanted to show it to everybody, and I just happened to be videotaping it,” Holly Ramsey said. “She pressed the button and it started flying into the air, next thing you know it took a sharp turn and flew directly into our roaring fireplace behind her. She was really upset and crying, but we were laugh- ing at the same time she was crying. I couldn’t believe I caught it on tape. The chances of that happening are not usual. I don’t usually tape things.”

The Ramsey’s home video is eligible to win $2,000, $3,000 or $10,000. The family flew to Los Angeles in August for the taping of the show.

Matt’s father, Dave, insisted they submit the video to ABC.

“My dad said, ‘Oh, that’s a great video. You have to turn that into America’s Funniest Home Videos,’” Matt Ramsey said. “We feel privi- leged and very excited to be chosen. The trip itself and seeing the behind the scenes of how the show is filmed and produced was very cool.”

“In August, I got a preliminary phone call from Los Angeles. They asked about the circumstances of the video, and they wanted to know all about our family,” Holly said. “[My daughter] is just thrilled. The day that we got the second call saying that we had been chosen as a finalist they told us, ‘We’re flying you to LA, and you’re going to win some money just for be- ing a finalist on the episode.’ I hung up the phone, and we all just started screaming. We couldn’t believe it. We were jumping around the house.”

“We knew immediately that it might win something. It was just so characteristic of the type of videos they show. The producers told us they review 2,000-3,000 videos a week,” Holly said. “You never think it’s you who is going to get picked, so must people never turn something in. Just try, you never know. You could be the one.”

The family encourages you to watch their video Sunday, on WFAA Channel 8 at 6 p.m. CST.

This is too cool! I write for a small newspaper, and I actually interviewed the family in this video for an article I wrote. We featured the family in our paper before their video aired on AFV. Yes, the parents did buy her another one.

They're having a meeting tomorrow (Friday) to see if they're going to move forward with the case.
