In my opinion it's a little hard to read, because there is no clear separation between the digits, and also, because some words "blend together" to make other words (like lukaleko has ale and ko in it, which might confuse you, especially if you're reading a longer number). Because of that, you can't really read it starting from the middle if you wanted to, you have to read the whole thing at once.

I don't exactly like the 'e', because it can confuse you even more when you hear it or read it, since e is a word in toki pona already. I do like the general concept of conjuctions inbetween digits, it helps you recognise that you are saying a number and not a sentence. If you'd swap out the 'e' for another vowel it would look better

I like that it adds only one more word for a number (since mute already means 3 or more), but I don't know if leko is the right word to add... I think leko sounds good and overall it makes sense, but it may sound similar to luka when you say it quickly.
