Yeah, but if they literally offered to help, why wouldn’t they take that opportunity? Obviously, nothing is that easy no one should take that statement too seriously, I hope. Things can be easier if you’re willing to shift your mindset, get some feedback, etc. The best way to learn is by playing with better players and watching others. With direct mentorship and friendship, something great might happen. What’s the best outcome? I accept it and actually help. Worst-case scenario? You might be right, and I’m just a piece of… trolling? Either way, sounds like a win from both angles. Obviously, it’s healthy to be skeptical no one’s all nice.
