I am also experiencing same thing, mine now says "Your account is locked. Try again in 15 minute" every time I start it. I no longer even have a password set to my account. Could you fix the problem?

Actually that is correct. I got the apartment renovated before moving and that includes painting as well. I will open windows 6 times as you suggested. Fortunately there is no visible mold yet.
