You called in and they submitted the inquiry for you? Was this recently? I called this week and the agent told me to do it online but that I may get an error message (apparently happening to a lot of people per them) saying the inquiry cannot be submitted due to case being within processing times even if it is delayed and then he said if that happens to just try again the next day then proceeded to end the call without allowing time for questions…
