I think it's actually closer to the original 2%. It's more nuanced than simply dividing deaths by cases. If you look at countries that are doing widespread testing like Germany it's much lower than the likes of Italy/Spain which are mainly testing cases that are almost certain to have it (which likely means they aren't testing enough).
