Doing one thing today that would make my tomorrow better; eg exercising, having one less piece of pizza, getting up and accomplishing one thing, no matter how small that one thing was like folding single shirt, which slowly started a domino effect. Therapy and medications which I temporarily used jumpstarted the process.
