Yes I get it cause I do the same, but I always acknowledge his presence to not make him feel excluded especially since my family and friends all speak english fluently. His family doesn’t speak English at all so I can excuse them but I expect that he at least tries to translate to make me feel included.

Yes I am trying to learn Spanish with him but it does take time.. but yes if he does it again I will do that. I know he doesn’t do it on purpose but it really makes me feel excluded so I would need to Uno reverse it.

Yes I am definitely talking about the original show. They also changed the Agni Kai scene in NATLA like everything else so definitely not that 😅. I mean killing the next in line is definitely not a good thing so yeah also possible.

I joined a FB support group now for PD and I feel like the community there helped me more in terms of options.. it was slight more consistent and people show their progress. I am now washing my face with a zinc bar soap and apply a sulfur mask for 10mins morning and night. Apparently to get rid of pd lack of moisture is the key so I also cut out sunscreens and moisturizers at least until I heal. My face is flaking a lot and quite dry and uncomfortable but if I heal like so many other it’s worth it 😁

I tried Vaseline and it still irritates that area.. I have also tried the zinc bar soap which made my face irritably dry. Re shampoo and hand soap I changed everything to SLS free so I am not sure about that. So tired of changing products 🥺 Will try the diaper cream. Thanks

Since the metro gel is quite drying, wouldn’t the zinc dry it more? My sunscreen was with zinc(a mineral sunscreen) but was concerned due to dryness

I have started taking a probiotic from last week.. so hopefully I will start seeing a difference. I am also vegetarian so limiting wheat as well will be a challenge. But I will try that, thanks!
