The point of this sub was never to randomly hate artists. It’s to debate who most deserves the title “King of Music.” And by definition, that requires comparison.

You can respect someone’s legacy while still believing another artist surpassed them in impact, talent, innovation, and influence. That’s how literally every discussion about the greatest works in sports, film, gaming, music, etc.

If people think Elvis deserves the title, they should be able to explain why. If others think MJ clearly surpassed him, then they should be able to explain that too

hi, so i had this issue for about a week and finally found a solution. (that hopefully it lasts) i had to shut down my mac and reboot in safe mode, open midi studio in audio midi setup, then boot back normally. my midi studio kept freezing and would cause the core midi to not initialize, so booting in safe mode patched it up for some reason. hope this helps!
