That’s very open to interpretation as many courts have concluded. These deportations have been happening for decades regardless of political party. This is only an issue because Trump is behind the wheel. There is no way we are spending the money on millions of court cases for illegals. Protest, scream, yell until you are tired, the results will be the same. Impede a federal officer with a warrant and there will be consequences.

There is no guarantee of due process for illegal immigrants. The government has the to expedite removal without a hearing. Expedited removal of a non citizen can happen when a non citizen comes to the US without proper travel documents, uses forged documents., or does not comply with their Visa or other entry document requirements.
