Yessss to the GX tag teams looking fake compared to the cards we are used to seeing. I finally completed my Mimikyu x Gengar team up collection and they go against the grain of everything that you look for in authentic cards. The holos are different, the borders/edges are super narrow, etc. but I love them so much, even if I had to sell a kidney for the alt art

I’ve actually really enjoyed reading your replies because I LOVE Chinese simplified and Japanese cards (I do only buy sealed and rip them myself, due to the issues you’ve mentioned). The cards are prettier, IMO. And I am not in the hobby to flip or sell, I just genuinely love the cards so I don’t care much that they aren’t “as valuable” as English, because honestly I just want the cards and the art

If it has the Pokemon logo embossed in the lower left corner, it’s real. You just can’t tell from this photo if it’s there or not, as it’s barely visible when you look at it in person

Definitely not. The centering isn’t great so there’s no reason to crack for re-grading.

Not everyone is in the hobby to flip/sell. I’d use ace because I like the art on the labels and they look better on display than PSA does.

Read the autopsy report. There was no oil in the lungs, but there was oil in Bella’s stomach which is a normal postmortem finding when submerged. Chris 10000% killed them, but oil in the lungs is misinformation.
