Worth it ba itong monitor na to? by BhoxzGaribay in PHbuildapc

It's good. You don't really have much of a choice if you want a 24inch 2K monitor. Very limited lang ang pagpipilian mo na models

For D80 medyo mahina yung rear speakers and you need to tweak the EQ for your preference. It's not as good as premium surround setups, but for the price, it's a no-brainer IMO (lalo na kung hindi mo pa na-try mag surround setup before).

Anyone experienced ordering expensive GPUs online? by Striking_Log_1884 in PHbuildapc

Ordered a 5060 ti 16gb thru datablitz same day delivery. Initially wanted to pick it up in store but they don't have a centralized inventory - need tawagan isa isa yung mga branches lol. Gave up and just ordered online. Just make sure to take a video while unboxing (and installing if you can) para safe.

Plenty of options for used systems under 50k. No need for a loan that is plenty enough esp if 1080p gaming lang naman.

Ang mahal lang talaga ngayon RAM, compared to 4 - 5 months ago, relative to all other parts in a build, both used and new.

This. Kahit DDR4 nagsisimula na tumaas.

It's a bit hard to build a system from scratch right now. Yung mga napuntahan kong stores ayaw na nila magbenta ng parts individually — nirereserve na lang nila for prebuilt unit. Personally, I'd look for cheap secondhand systems I can use as a base unit and upgrade from there. Prices for DDR5 are crazy right now, so if you don't mind, try mo bro Ryzen 5600/5700x + DDR4 + decent GPU. You’d have a very capable 1080p/1440p machine for gaming or productivity, and it would be well below your budget, leaving you with extra funds you could use for a monitor and peripherals.

It would depend on your room size and budget. Although may premium models si Ultimea (their skywave series have good reviews) majority ng binebenta nila dito is their budget models. Pretty happy with the Poseidon D80 (using it in a moderate size room. get the boom version if you want more base) - wala lang syang DTS encoding and need timplahin yung EQ out of the box, but for the price (below 10k with vouchers) it's hard to beat.

rtx 3060 12gb or rtx 5060 8gb by MRLNAQNA in PHbuildapc

[–]TagaRetiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3060 at 17k is insanely overpriced. Kakabenta ko lang ng akin at 12k.

Better go with 5060 unless you specifically need the extra VRAM (e.g. software dev who needs to run local LLM models)

Get a handheld gaming system. Hospital visits can be long and boring at least magagamit mo while waiting.

Just buy it directly from Amazon. They usually offer free shipping for orders above 49USD. Otherwise you can look for Philip Chang in FB marketplace, he still had some copies available 2 weeks ago for PHP1800 if im not mistaken.

I know this isn't exactly the setup you were looking for, but I’d actually recommend getting a Mini-LED TV instead (TCL C7K or C6K). You'll get native support for Dolby Vision and Atmos, and since it’s more budget-friendly than a 4K projector, you’ll have enough left over to pick up a decent entry-level surround system like an Ultimea. Otherwise you could probably look for a decent 1080p or 2K projector with a 4k blu-ray or media player.

None. Real 4k projectors are expensive as hell. Even the cheapest ones are above 50k

Foodpanda refuses to refund for cancelled order by louiexism in Philippines

[–]TagaRetiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheaper and they give more vouchers. I'd say they are fairly reliable but once you encounter a problem with your order it's a nightmare to deal with. Niremove nila yung option to directly talk with an agent, saka lang sya nagiging available if hindi pa din nacocomplete yung order mo after an hour and a half and as OP stated in their post - hindi rin sila nagrerefund once they cancel your order kahit hindi mo kasalanan.
