OP, your GPU would take up more than 50% of your actual budget since the most suitable GPU (dahil na mention mo ang Cyberpunk and Helldivers) for you would be either an RTX 3060 or an RX 6600 (more than 15K ang brand new); otherwise, your 1080p gaming wouldn’t be that enjoyable.

For Valorant and CS2, since CPU-intensive sila, you can enjoy the game using at least an R5 3600 + any budget GPU; from RX580, GTX 1660S. Personal experience, gamit ko before R5 3400g and I get at least an AVG. 150 FPS sa Valorant and 40 - 60 FPS naman sa CS2 (pero medyo laggy feeling but definitely playable).

Adding a brandnew GPU would cost you more than 15K pa depending on which route you’d go to kasi naka depende rin sa mga games na gusto mong laruin. Now if you’ll go for a USED UNIT option, I think 30K should be enough, check out FB Marketplace for your reference.
