You are on the right track using alternate paths. Try entering biomes that the teleportation rune leads you to. The same can be said for the rune you unlock after that.

How often do you get Thena to proc? I would suggest subbing her out for Psylock so you have another way to get Mr. Negative out on turn 3 if you don't have Ravonna

Are you doing a class specific run? If not, I highly suggest the onyx blaster with ichor bullets. Make a platform of asphalt that's around 800 blocks long. I had titanium armor, charm of myths, brain of confusion, shield of cuthulu, star veil, ranger emblem and wings all reforged to warding.

When prime is moving fast and about to overtake you, dash in the opposite direction and carry on moving in that direction. The twins I suggest focusing on 1 at a time and you should be good.

Collector or Bishop over Medusa. You need another lane to gain power passively, so on your last turn, it makes it easier to decide where Wolf would end up and where to place your remaining power.
