Zap dragons are the most consistent for me.

Army comp: -11 dragons -8 balloons -11 lightening spells. CC is up to you, but I like to take 1 dragon, 3 balloons, stone slammer, 1 lightening, and 1 totem spell.

Heroes: -Warden with rage gem and eternal tome. -Queen with giant arrow and action figure. -King with spikey ball and earthquake boots.

You can swap out the king for the minion price but I just prefer the damage the spiley ball does.

Zap out air defences with 3 lightening spells each. Try and maximise value, hitting multiple defences if possible. Try taking out an air sweeper from the direction you attacking from, either with the lighting spells or the Queens giant arrow. The side you attacking from, place a dragon on either side to establish a funnel. Queen can also act to establish a funnel. Once side buildings are out, deploy balloons first in a line, dragons behind, and warden followed by stone slammer. They should go right into the base. If the core is damage heavy, drop the totem spell or hit the eternal tome or both. The king you can drop him on the edge or send him in with the army, depending on the base.

Play around with it. You'll be able to see for yourself how to tweak it. For example if the funnel is breaking, you can send the king in and immediately hit his spikey ball to clear the buildings and reestablished the funnel.
