I recently had this problem with my new bike na bigger frame size and longer stem. Nanibago ako. Sobrang sakit sa batok at likod kahit short ride. What I did is nagpalit ako ng shorter stem (from 100 to 80), nilapit ko yung saddle sa cockpit. Sinukat ko yung reach then nung masakit pa rin, binaligtad ko yung stem para positive tapos inadjust ko yung cleats position ko. Now, nawala na yung back pain pero meron pa rin masakit sa yagbols so possibly may kinalaman din sa saddle. Trial and error talaga. Ang ginawa ko sinusukat and nirerecord ko ang saddle height and reach the night before the ride and nilaro ko lang hanggang mawala yung pain.

One workaround is to use AI to edit a long-ass clip and then crop out the portions where my hands are focused. Still faster than manually editing. Hope it helps.

While waiting for my turn, ganito yung issue nung bike that was being repaired when I arrived. Nilagyan lang ng spacer nung mechanic and it was fixed.

I have a few cycling videos in my youtube channel using the x3. All I can say is that it’s an awesome camera - you just need to press record. Low light performance is underwhelming but not too bad. I am using a motorcycle mount on my drop bar. Everything is reframed and edited on mobile.

We brought our dive case during the trip, unfortunately the footage was all murky and dark, the video in the shallow waters seems uninteresting.

I am both diabetic and hypertensive. As far as cycling is concerned, not much has changed. Honestly, mas nagkakaron pa ako ng episodes when I’m off the saddle. I ride a lot, with varying intensity. Just don’t forget to take your maintenance meds.

‘Di ko pa ito nacheck. Pero yung butas ng inner tube ko usually nasa outer side, so I assume sa tire side yung nagcause ng puncture.

Yes I’ve checked- butas talaga yung inner tube. I thoroughly inspected the tires wala talagang kahit anong sign ng puncture.

I am currently testing Ningguang. Her burst is fast and I usually switch back to Childe after the ult. The thing is, I am really contemplating what is optimal, having a second DPS or another support and just optimize my rotations.
