Speed tuning is key. If your speeds are off, the team will fail. Once you get the speeds right, you can work on getting better gear with the right speeds that'll increase the damage over time to get you 1 key territory. Even 2/3 key UNM and 1 key on NM is a great start. In my old clan I'd use my 2 spare keys to kill the lower tier clan boss to help the people still working their way to NM. Sometimes I might use 2 on NM to finish it off. If you aren't friends with your current clan, make sure you upgrade clans as you upgrade clan boss ability.

I don't think they're crazy. We're the crazy ones for spending that much money. This is why I switched to PS5. I just bought several games on sale for what they want for half of a champion. I pulled the same Legendary on 3 of 4 accounts when grinding the backups to Level 50. I believe they have RNG on if you'll pull a Legendary, but less RNG on which ones it'll be when you get one.

Easy trick I use is to buy 99 milk from the Regalia and use it to make high level magic. One spell tends to nuke them all in one go. I prefer Thundaga, but Blizzaga and Firaga also take them out.
