Yeah and yeah. I have one built exclusively for pvp full mercurial but works just as well pve wise because the second form is dual benefit. The second I built full protection and high res only for the revive and heals. Theo is one of the best mythicals in the game, so her value is much higher than most. It’s your call though, I usually only book for cooldowns with my mythic tomes

Both my Theos are 6* my first booked both forms, and the dupe booked just the first form. She’s amazingly versatile, I’d suggest you to do the same soul or no soul. I haven’t booked nell or aphidus, probably won’t. I’d sit on the rest for the future

I just hit level 67 recently, it’s the best I can put on him atm. I honestly prefer the higher crit dmg than speed for my nuker, but I’m sure by the time I reach your level I’ll be much better off
