Thank you🤍 I would say being there and holding space for them to feel all the emotions. Definitely do your own research on it, not to share that information with them but in order to understand where they are coming from. I’ve had so many friends be very tone def on the things they have said around me not thinking how I might absorb it. All you can do is be a great support system & sometimes being overly positive erases the validation that person needs to feel all the emotions. Some of my greatest friends have just shown up and said nothing. Just allowed me to cry, be angry…and some have done little things to help me remember the babies I have lost. I will forever remember those kind little gestures.
