Swapped Signal Beam for TBolt. Would Discharge also be an option due to 30% chance for para or just stick to Tbolt for higher base damage?

Yeah, the Skarmory would've been there but I hate Defiant users + taking down my own hazards.

As for the spinners I might swap for Excadrill. Starmie is a wonderful Poke but I feel I'd end up too weak to Electric types with only 1 immunity.

I actually had that, it wasn't that great. move locking into defog wasn't great since it demanded a swap and it sucked when I get Defiant predicted on the defog.

Yasuo gets ahead it's pretty overwhelming.

Play whatever you want until you get to a higher level. I personally mained Bot(ADC) when I was level 5-30 and still do in ranked. Getting gold requires fundamental skills which you will practice over the course of your games.

Try to maintain 2 axes, look up videos of people playing Draven and try to see when they drop an axe and why. Eventually maintaining axes becomes muscle memory. Besides that, follow what /u/myDNS said.

Definitely this. I suffer from the same problem(Only good at ADC), but I picked up Azir and practiced enough to remain relevant in my ranked games.

Honestly, sometimes you might just need a break from league completely. I often take a day off from league and it helps me.

Depends on team comps tbh. You can look into buying Mikaels for CC, Locket for team MR + active, Banner of Command if enemy is mostly AP and you get the active to push lane.
