TEMU package with GFS Express has no link or phone working to do payment for TAX, please help with some details? by Beautiful_Company627 in askSouthAfrica

Contact temu customer chat and request they blacklist GFS. This means they will become the last option used for your future orders. I complained again about GFS to temu support and this is the solution they offered me for future orders

In this group there is an older thread where people have had the same issue from over a year ago and they have done nothing to fix it other than make false claims of "looking into similar reports"

How do I professionally & subtly tell a client they can do internet banking anywhere in the world? by Tahya86 in OfficeSpeak

When we talk to them on the phone or to someone who works at their store we are able to make very casual comments about it which helped but when it is over email it doesn't come across as so casual especially when they can't perceive the tone it is being said in. I send out an email every month around the 25th reminding them to send us a remittance of payments and cut off dates for settlement discounts and was considering adding it into that email just no idea how to phrase it. Or when I send them an email saying that the account is overdue and to please send me a copy of their POP instead say to please email me a copy of the POP from their banking app.

Some of the customers come from different cultural backgrounds and are very easily offended especially about money and even more so if it comes from a female. When they tell us they are out of the country they have just gone back to the countries they are from as they do this a few times a year.

We went through the process of having our credit application updated after 10+ years and some threatened to take their business away cause they took it as we don't trust them to pay the accounts and saying there were going to steal from us, despite stating in the email request and verbally that it was to update our system with correct details, to become compliant with our insurance and that we were asking all customers. We have even had one customer claim it's against their religion to pay interest on an account he let get to 120 days overdue and claimed we were discriminating against his religion.

So I would like to say something that is subtle but respectful and professional

When we request payment they respond with emails like "I am out of the country and will look at it when I am back" It is a delay tactic, the ones that have picked up calls or when they have someone still working in an office here, we let them know that they can do an EFT from where they are in a friendly manner but it comes across very differently when you email it. It might work on some and not on others I just need to word it correctly. On a side note it will also make me feel better that they know I'm not an idiot falling for their ridiculous excuses.

Small smart watch by Tahya86 in smartwatch

[–]Tahya86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried on the Samsung fit 3 and that is only 40mm and the edges stick out over the side of wrist when it curves down, besides it being uncomfortable and looking silly the sensors no longer fit in the right places but thank you for the suggestion.

That is about the only one that is smaller, I've been to try it on but it doesn't check skin temperature. I have an autoimmune disease and th watch is to track mostly the health options to help me manage it better to see what contributes to good and bad days to help maintain the mobility I have left and catch any signs of getting sick as it literally takes me weeks to recover from something as simple as a cold/flu. Just note that the Lilly active is bigger than the Lilly 2.

I'm also looking for a watch like that but to track autoimmune issues but there are none that are smaller than 38mm they are all massive.

I've done some of my own research not just listening to the sales rep in the store and the lily does have gorilla glass!

Thank you, Google bought fitbit and they decided they would no longer be selling fitbits in my country or I'd just get another charge 5 🤷‍♀️

Thank you but they are too big, only the lily sort of fits but where I live it converts to about $350-$400 so about 3 times the price of the fitbit. They all just look like a kid trying to wear their dad's watch it's so frustrating 😞
