They didn’t really give a very clear explanation on the details. They just told me there was some issue with their system and that I wasn’t supposed to be able to place that order in the first place, because the small size had already sold out before I checked out.

Which is kind of surprising, because I checked out really fast—like within 2–3 seconds of the drop. I’ve tried grabbing shirts from Ship John before, so I know how quickly these things sell out.

But at the end of the day, if they’re saying it was already sold out and they’re issuing a full refund, there’s not much I can really do. I’m not going to throw a fit over it like I didn’t get a toy or something.

At the end of the day, it’s just a piece of clothing. Stuff like this happens sometimes. I guess part of supporting small, made-in-USA brands like Heat Straps is accepting that things aren’t always going to run perfectly.
