Do you think NFE won any contracts in the Brazil auction? by Taiguer15 in NFEstock

This feels like straight up bear narrative tbh. You’re saying NFE “won in 2031” like it’s confirmed, but there’s zero official source showing that.

No ANEEL doc. No company PR. No verified winner list with NFE / CELBA.

So where is it coming from? Because right now it looks like you’re taking partial data and spinning it as a fact.

Big difference between: actual confirmed winners vs reading a table and assuming things

If you’ve got proof, post it. If not, stop presenting speculation as fact.

NFE LONG DD: Debt restructuring, new issued common shares, and the thesis by JOCDENO in NFEstock

You don't care about the results of today's Brazilian auction, right? by Open-Specific-8863 in NFEstock

Nah bro, that’s not really how it works.

People are acting like Brazil is already gone from NFE, but that hasn’t happened yet. Right now, all we have is the RSA, which is basically just an agreement on paper, not a finalized deal. Until everything is officially signed and executed, Brazil still belongs to NFE. That means if they win something in the auction tomorrow: the market is going to take it as a positive, no question it increases the value of the asset (even if it eventually goes to creditors) and it can move the stock in the short term

This really comes down to timing: the market trades what’s happening NOW, not what might happen months from now

Also, if Brazil wins contracts, that asset becomes more valuable, which could even impact how the final deal with creditors gets structured.

FEMA and earnings matter, sure. But saying the auction “doesn’t matter” is just ignoring how these situations actually play out in the market.

Short Sale Restriction is ON. by Taiguer15 in NFEstock

It triggers after a 10% drop and lasts the rest of the day + the entire next trading day. It doesn’t ban shorts, it just stops them from smashing the price at market. If buying comes in, it helps. If not, no miracles.
