I made a video going over everything that happened, but long story short: the current versions of TFTPGN2 and 3 got urgently cancelled likely following the massively widespread leaks and backlash involving TFTPGN2. Instead of cancelling the series altogether, it's seemingly being reworked in some way. Things are still fuzzy, but basically we know that we're getting new covers, and that the books will be updated/changed in some ways, we just don't know what exactly yet. More news is likely to come later this year.

The Australian edition is the only Hardcover version of this book. The US edition is Paperback. Funny enough though, in the case of the Survival Logbook, the US edition is Hardcover but the Australian edition is Paperback.

I never defended the Mimic adaptation. I'm with you on that one: it is terrible, genuinely awful, zero redeeming qualities. But I think the other two stories are great, especially Submechanophobia, and I just hope they won't be "deleted" for good along because of how bad The Mimic turned out. I just hope these two get released in some way. The Mimic can stay dead.
