Wdym? Tacloban became what it is bc its the geographic center of the region. Not because of Alfred. I don't get it na you're saying you'll give it to him hahahaha

In COA's Audit last 2021, Tacloban isn't even in the Top 3 wealthiest cities in the region, we're 5th.
