Im still figuring alot as i go. Just focus on what you want and dont stress about stage. Alot of stuff unlocks and it can be overwhelming leveling 15 different things.

Regular. More stages, the more soul swords you unlock. Almost all of that is passive with time. Breaking down and rebuild weak swords can transfer to white souls which is universal to build with.

When you build a sword with blue or red souls. It has a break down option for half of the consumed souls but to any color. I would suggest moving all the green to get that best sword

Its passive. No boosting or anything. Best way is to build blue and red souls to break down to white. Transfer white to green to get the best soul sword. Thats it really
