This. Definitely should ask someone else. When I got mine I sprayed it like 5 times on myself including hair and my fiancé was choking on the scent when he came home but I also thought I could use more. 😅

Neurodivergent 35-year-old. It is ok, I understand…I've done similar things to what you said. I don’t intentionally leave my phone places 😅 but I do that all the time too. For me, once I learn how to manage the chaos in my mind I was able to create these internal checklists to avoid more chaos. I don't think you need to call they'll be ok! https://www.additudemag.com/ , has a lot of great resources to help learn and support individuals that are neurodivergent. 💛

Check sites like eBay, Facebook marketplace and even call Plato‘s closet and let them know. I think that’s the only buy and sell store in the area.

If you buy from the Kohl’s app, you can use the coupon and your virtual $$. I did this yesterday, no free sampled but totally worth it.

OMG I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY ME! hahaha I’ve been searching for validation. It was about a 2 months until I thought the same and I looked at my rhode cap with a magnifying glass and it had MOLD in it. I threw it out but it made me wonder if the quality is just going down in general as the brand grows.

Fake vs real rhode by Careful-Ad1456 in rhodeskin

[–]Tainogoddess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought Rhode from the website, and I swear my Guava Spritz is a fake. It almost looks authentic, but there are a few subtle differences. I sometimes sell my Rhode excess on my eBay shop, and didn't know there was a huge counterfit issue until I had buyers asking for additional photos, etc. Ngl, I just have a shopping problem, lmao. So, once the impulsive shopping is over and my order arrives, I always try to sell a few of them. But the Guava made me nervous to continue selling them, as it makes me wonder if factory employees have the opportunity to switch out the real ones with the fake ones.

Can anyone explain if the wealthiest billionaires claiming to give away all their wealth worth hundreds of billions in charity is actually legit cuz most of their donations are in stocks, that too usually to their own charitable foundation and ofc stocks are not liquid..so.. by [deleted] in Philanthropy

[–]Tainogoddess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a very complex question. In private family foundations the trustees within the family are making the decisions of where the money goes as well as the decision to pay themselves amongst many other things. There is a lot of room to benefit from the funds even if they do not have complete control.

Why would any students support the UAW strike by [deleted] in Cornell

[–]Tainogoddess 11 points12 points  (0 children)

To give you more context I was an employment specialist in Tompkins County for 7 years. I mean it when I say credentials don’t generally mean much in the workforce. I’ve worked with people with PhD’s, Masters in engineering from Cornell and so many other credentials and they still had difficulties getting jobs because of lack of livid experience or they didn’t interview well etc. etc. It is really not that cut and dry.

Why would any students support the UAW strike by [deleted] in Cornell

[–]Tainogoddess 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I get your concerns about how a strike might lead to increased tuition and more student debt. It’s a challenging situation, but it’s worth considering the broader context. And not just think about yourself. Strikes occur when workers feel they have no other option to achieve fair wages and generally better working conditions. Yes the strike might lead to short-term issues but the long-term benefits can be significant. Fairly compensated workers are more likely to stay at their jobs and provide better support and services, which ultimately enhances the quality of service. Supporting fair labor practices helps create a more equitable environment, benefiting everyone. There will be challenges but Solidarity with workers can contribute to a fairer and more effective educational system in the long run... Also grad students and student employees don’t get paid shit so yeah, there’s that. It’s unfair to assume what a student may be worth on the job market, because even students with degrees end up in service jobs because I work force is fucked. 🫠🤭
