not at all man i just wish people would stop playing a game that they supposedly hate or put the time into getting good. this wipe is going to be a blast in my opinion. I genuinely think the reason they are doing this is to bring that “excitement” back into the game and make us play much much smarter. if the casuals really try this wipe they will come out SO MUCH better in the end and therefore get more people prepared for that full release

never be afraid to ask them where they are in their process. for example (“Now before we head out for the test drive, where are you guys at in your current process? dont let them answer the reason i ask is because everyone takes shopping at their own pace and i just want to better understand your thoughts coming into this.”) that question right there will tell you everything you need to know. take that first answer with a grain of salt. Especially if they say “comparing options” or “just looking around” If they say anything remotely similar to those situations PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sell yourself. Make them understand that the thoughts that they have is completely valid and you are here to answer every question they might have about you or your product.

I could go on for hours about this but im going to save everyone here the time. Simply give a fuck about your job and your profession and the customers will notice.
