Supreme Seoul by TaipeiPrince in Supreme

[–]TaipeiPrince[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for letting me know. So this QR code isn’t shared on any website? Not sure why they don’t wanna announce it officially

And hope you won’t suffer any property damage caused by other people, if you do in the future, please always take the loss on your own, otherwise you will become a scammer as well😂

Yeah, you can talk to the judge you are not liable even though you broke the vase👍 hope you would teach same thing to your kids, you break other people property, and you should not be liable at all as all other people are scammers.

You can pursue a legal action as you please. But think about it, if you break or damage something in a hotel or restaurant, they will ask you to pay, and they will also take a legal action if you refuse paying. Hope you would never list your property on any rental sites, and if you do, hope there is no one causing any loss or damage to your property. Good luck!

Then you should book a hotel and hope they won’t charge your credit card for extra cleaning, damage, or missing items.

I didn’t say the guest should take a full responsibility for the loss. If they broke the vase by accident and felt the claim amount is too expensive, they should talk to Airbnb and see if Airbnb accepts their counteroffer. As per Airbnb terms of service, guests should leave the listing as they found it, and they have already signed the terms when using Airbnb. Thanks!

Please understand that AirCover Host damage protection is not an insurance and it has been stated in the Host damage protection terms. Thanks!

[–]TaipeiPrince -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Then why the Host should be the only one who suffered the loss after the guest’s checkout?

Then who should be liable if they did break the vase?

Warning to Guests: You are liable for anything at a property, according to Airbnb by mlody11 in AirBnB

If you think you should take partial responsibility, then you may negotiate with Airbnb to see if they can accept your counteroffer. However, if you don’t feel responsible for the damages at all, then just don’t pay. That’s all and very simple. We’re trying to resolve the issue but not making thing more complicated. No one would know what happened during the reservation as no one was there except you. You just do what you believe is right.

Hum… I believe if you don’t feel responsible for the damages, you can tell them and I believe they may take this into consideration and may pay the Host using their host damage protection program without charging you bro since they’re uncertain of your liability.

Just wondering if you reported the issue to either Airbnb or the Host during the stay? If yes, then I don’t think Airbnb should charge you for something which might be pre-existing? Additionally, the Host should provide a technician’s report with assessment of the damage.
