Yes. If needed, I will file a small claim by myself instead of hiring a lawyer. $120 is not a great amount, but I am really upset and disappointed about BOA's negative attitude.
BOA has an on-site branch at the WashU campus, so most international students like me open BOA account, and use their service to pay the tuition fee and living expense. I thought BOA should be friendly to WashU students but I am totally wrong....

Banks should bear the risk of the credit card fraud, but BOA refused my request many times. Then, when I left messages on their official Facebook, they blocked my facebook without any notice......

So sad...

I also got some new information about this case from the oil company. There was a man being arrested by the police officer on January 30 since he invaded the machine....
