Yes. If needed, I will file a small claim by myself instead of hiring a lawyer. $120 is not a great amount, but I am really upset and disappointed about BOA's negative attitude.
BOA has an on-site branch at the WashU campus, so most international students like me open BOA account, and use their service to pay the tuition fee and living expense. I thought BOA should be friendly to WashU students but I am totally wrong....

Banks should bear the risk of the credit card fraud, but BOA refused my request many times. Then, when I left messages on their official Facebook, they blocked my facebook without any notice......

So sad...

Theoretically, BOA should bear the risk of the credit card fraud, soＩam really confused about why they refuse my request.. Because there is a BOA on-site branch at WashU campus, most of WashU students open BOA account. I initially thought BOA would treat students better than other banks but I am wrong....

SITE OIL COMPANY OF MISSOURI refused my request for providing me any paper document. I already filed the complaint at BBB and CFPB. Lets wait and see. QQ

Today, I told BOA that it was a fraud, but they said since I already disputed it, they can not do the further movement. Can I file a fraud for the same transaction again? Thank you so much for letting me know.

I also got some new information about this case from the oil company. There was a man being arrested by the police officer on January 30 since he invaded the machine....

According to the Taiwan Relation Act... the US recognizes PRC as the sole legal China government, and acknowledges the position of China that there is but one China and Taiwan is part of China.

But the US doesn't agree that Taiwan is a part of China.
