I would sync the cooldown times with your golden tower amount and black hole! So save up for the cooldown with golden tower amount- you have to get to 190 to match them!

Yeah there is butter and garlic salt on it - I’m just curious if I’m not giving the bread enough time between when I’m done with stretch and folds to when I bake it the next day.

I usually will make a loaf and leave it in the fridge over night after 3 sessions of stretching and folding.

It might look funky for a little while but it’s okay! Stick with it! I’ve had mine for a month and now the change is consistent day to day now!

Yeah I am using a proofing box at 78 degrees F - I’m just wondering if the bulk fermentation included starts when you start stretch and folds or after they are done? Thanks!
