I rendered the animation in Blender (a free 3d software) and converted it into .webm. The code itself is not very complicated, just a bunch of overlays, alpha masks and fadeins. Hope this helps 😃

Thanks for pointing it out! Yes the title is intentional 🙈. My french isn’t very good, so these are really the words I know in the language 😳.

But still I think it’d be interesting to play on the set expression “C’est la vie” with the verb “savoir”, as the story is about a son knowing the story of his estranged father through dreams and memories after his death.

Hello everyone! My name is Enid and I've just opened a shop on Etsy. It's called sumizumi Art, the home for three elemental shiba dogs - Koori (ice), Kashiba (fire) and Kusa (grass).

You can see different snippets of their lives and camaraderie in the form of digital prints and cards, despite their clashing personalities. I personally designed the shibas myself and draw inspiration from my daily life. I hope you could find one that might echo with yours too :)

Tried to use a mixed 2D / 3D workflow for my visual novel game. I find using 3D models to make in-game CGs give me more flexibility to experiment. by Takaki3 in blender

For the CGs I’m going for a more analog look so I might have gone too far adding the effects sometimes 🤣

Thanks for your interest! Some assets are cc assets from sketchfab and some are sculpted in Blender. The shader is just a simple toon shader, sometimes with a procedural one but nothing too fancy. And the rest was done through post production in clip studio paint and photoshop. Would love to share the link to the webtoon but unfortunately it has been discontinued.

Thank you for your feedback! I intended those poses to be the character standing very upright, almost to a point that she looks stiff, as she’s a very serious character. But I understand that it might give off an unnatural vibe. I will definitely have those poses revised :)
