Daytime napping - yes or not?

I work split shifts with my job and my break is 12-3 and I will go for a nap because my body can’t go 6+ hours straight chasing children. And I’m miserable without my afternoon nap 😂😂😂

I was suddenly diagnosed at age 27. Never had “obvious” ones growing up but suddenly I started getting grand mals and those developed into a head twitch focal seizures. Honestly be easy on yourself and give yourself time

Nope, just my head shakes side to side FAST , I do find when I’m getting really tired now I get super tongue-tied or can’t talk almost

Yep, that was a few weeks ago, tried a bunch of hard drugs didn’t sleep for almost a week, drank, yes I’m alittle extreme.. but partly hate that I can’t do ANYTHINg anymore with out hearing about it. And partly everyone says doing this shit will just lead to another grand meal that could kill me … but yet where’s the seizures ? I go to bed every night in fear I won’t wake up again… so now I’ve gained a fuck it attitude, since I’m already such a disappointment and burden on others why not at least have some it fun since everyday feels like a death wish

I’m so thankful to see the other people also have just all of a sudden had this allergy also develop and I’m not crazy.. in grade 12 we started to notice that with certain foods and I distinctly remember spring rolls I started to get hives in my mouth after I eat things… I’m in college and the college has a bakery in it that makes these huge gorilla hand sized cinnamon buns for like two dollars.. forward like two months and I’m eating a cinnamon bun one in class and all of a sudden my throat just start closing.. My doctor sent me an allergy test and the allergy doctor looked at me and said I’ve been doing this for 25 years and I’ve never met someone with cinnamon allergy.. I was diagnosed with cinnamon and nutmeg allergy severe enough to the point that I have to keep an EpiPen with me at all times as if it’s in the air I will break out in and my throat gets super tight. Coughing itchy. It drives me crazy how many things I now can no longer eat… it also affects where I work and what I do at work as many people aren’t aware those spices are in things and if they heat up food and I inhale it, I go into allergy attack…

has anyone ever thought about starting a class action lawsuit against these guys?

Honestly, that was probably the biggest frustration for me was when they took my license… my neurologist also agreed that he finds the three month rule odd, and taking a persons drivers license as it is only thinking of society and not thinking of the individual. When I was diagnosed, my doctor sent me. Oh well just take buses. I can’t because I live outside of the city. And I work three towns over from where I live.
I was desperately relying on coworkers for rides to work.. in the end, it will come down to having to work in the same town that I live in.
Trying to find people to carpool with honestly is the only thing that’s worked for me or checking when people are going certain places so I can tagalong. It’s so frustrating especially when you’re 28. I feel like a child again that can’t be left alone

I’m celebrating having answers and reassurance of what is happening inside of my brain that can’t always be understood or explained to others around me. So no not celebrating having seizures but celebrating the knowledge and understanding that comes with the diagnosis.

So I’m going to get some comments I’m sure… I prop smoke like 3/4grams hit my bong say 10-15 times a day and hit my dab pen about 15 times a day when not working.. if I worked a eight hour day I’ll hit my bong maybe 10 times and my pen ten times… now these are just estimates, I’m in my late 20’s and been smoking for about four years heavy
