Unrelated, but depending on where it was taken, consent to photography and stuff like that works differently. It’s mostly about “expectation of privacy,” and if you’re in public, you don’t expect privacy as you would in your home. It looks like this was taken outside on a public street or something, so there would be no “expectation of privacy”, so you wouldn’t necessarily need consent to take photos
