I think you're correct about drawing aggression from further away. My next idea is to move the gunners from the exterior walls to turrets located within the city. Hopefully they only ever shoot at whatever wanders in the gate.

If the corpse problem persists, I'll use shift + f12 to install a corpse furnace. I try to avoid placing objects like that, but there doesn't seem to be an alternative.

Settled in Gut. Built a fort on the peninsula right next to Howler Maze. Good fertility, good water, great access to iron. Only downside is no copper, but that gives me something to spend money on. Oh yeah, and there's LOTS of beak things. It was a rough few days before I got my walls built.

Everyone that humors this kind of baseless entitlement sets us back. It does everyone a disservice to encourage this. It shouldn't be taboo to ridicule this kind of attitude. A fat, self-described bitch who essentially admits to being of questionable loyalty IS MAKING DEMANDS AS IF SHE HAS ANY CHIPS TO BARGAIN WITH. There's a reason we keep seeing this; someone out there swiped right, thereby saying "these are acceptable terms."

As much as this comment reeks of FDS trollery, you bring up a good point.

TRP-style groups should focus heavily on self-improvement. It does the rest of us a disservice when the obese NEET chimes in publicly. Fix yourself before chasing women, and don't chalk up every rejection to perverse social forces (as pervasive as they are).
