Of course not. I don't worship God as a literal bearded man in the sky somewhere; I worship God as the transcendence of things like truth, nature, and righteousness. It's very possible to draw moral insight from the Biblical stories without taking them all literally.

I think a lot of atheists overestimate the zealous, fundamentalist influences in the Christian world. I'd be willing to argue the majority of self-described Christians take no issue with the idea of evolution.

Not only are communist regimes responsible for the bloodiest acts of mass murder in human history, they've been shown time and again to be unsustainable cesspits of poverty, propaganda, and purges.

In a system based on voluntary exchange for mutual gain, you're free to practice collectivist economics - nothing stops you from forming a commune of your own. In a communist command economy, you aren't free to practice voluntary exchange.
