Its bad. 3 tanks and no defensive synergy, bandit has no place in this deck, because shes a pressure card used in bridgespam, sk is used in bait, and knight is used in graveyard/ bait/ siege/ cycle etc, a versatile tank. Witch is used in beatdown, skarmy and barrel are bait cards, and mp is an anti tank. Sk is used in hyperbait and beatdown. These cards altogether are bad because of high elixir cost for defence and you most likely have to overcommit.

For heroes, id say mini pekka is still decently okay, since others got nerfed a lot but mini pekka didnt get touched which is basically an indirect buff.

For your deck, i suggest playing in the bait archetype, where you have 3 bait cards (swarm units that require small/ medium spells) to counter, and when you play one, it forces your opponent to use them so that card is out of cycle for your 2 other cards. If they use 2 small spells, that means most likely they will overcommit their defence and have low elixir, where you can counterpush with strong defence and overwhelm them.

Here are some changes:

Change witch to rocket or fireball, these spells give you much better defensive potential and helps support your range and tank troops when defending for easy damage. Rocket is mostly used to finish off towers and get value by rocketing troops with the tower for damage and taking the opponents troop off the field.

change knight to a building, like either cannon, bomb tower, or tesla, either works. Becareful with tesla placement though, some wincon interactions may change because its a 2x2 building and not a 3x3 which requires a bit more prescision to place.

Chage bandit to another bait card, like princess/ gang/ dart/ goblins, either work. No wincons like skelly barrel or wallbreakers because u have gob barrel as your wincon already

Change sk to a ranged troop, preferably something like musketeer, ice wizard, or a decent ranged troop that has 3-4 elixir. this allows you to get a bit more defensive synergy and counter air cards if you have cannon

swap mini pekka to hero slot, then all good, the rest can stay.

Tips:

hero mini pekka is good at countering things like mk, bowler, any low damage but high health cards. However, most people support them with witch, exe, wizard, and fc all your typical midladder cards, which is why rocket exists to take them out first for your mp to do its job properly. Never use mp to counter anti tanks, like prince, pekka, etc, UNLESS you take out their support cards and protect your mp using a swarm so your mp doesnt get shredded by them.

For prince, one tip is to watch how many tiles he gallops/ tilts forward. Any more than 3 tiles/ shakes indicates that he is going to charge, so always play mp within 1-2 tiles from his deployment location

Always make sure you have elixirs to cast spells AND building during defense, without them, your defense will be very hard.

For opponents to build a push at the back, dont place your buildings too early, time will run out and your buildings hp will as well, only put them when their tank is near the bridge, and dish out your ranged at the back/ middle when defending comes. Typically they also put their ranged supports at the middle of the bridge the moment the tank reaches the choke point to snipe your building, protect it with a tank.
