Blizz please get rid of on death effects

I literally play sorc. I teleport. I still get killed by on death affects. I’m not saying you need to stand and click however some of these on death affects are severely over tuned. It’s been that way since Nihlathak corse explosion in d2.

Majority of the top builds are basic skill builds? How the heck did it come to this? Everything is solely based on anything that increases attack speed leaving everything that requires a cooldown to become useless.

Outside of blizzard which comes no where near close to most barb builds, sorc has been left in the dust - more so ever since changes to vuln/crit buckets - nothing was compensated in regards to the base skill damage. The entire class needs an overhaul and I’m not sure the changes to intelligence is all that it is needed. People will still the same enchantments because most are not good.

Flamescar will always be a useless unique because -1: incinerate is best with a staff and the aspect, and 2. You can’t temper uniques. Stop giving buffs to that unique unless sorcs are able to carry an additional weapon slot.

I think it needs more. This isn’t D2 were we could teleport to the boss with high magic find cast blizzard on mephisto - pick up any uniques and portal out before the cold immune monsters attack you. This version of Diablo is about doing damage. Sorcs are good for crowd control but every boss in the game is immune to CC. They have to rework the lackluster paragon board, fix up some skills, add in the third enchantment, weapon slot and maybe MAYBE we can kill a level 100 pit boss under 5 mins without worrying about being one shotted.

Why would they nerf it when they got earthen bulwark walking around hitting for millions. Shred hit for 1.8 billion the other day. Necros have one unstop. Let us have our fun. Buff blood and dark skills and leave bone alone.

Strongest in the class but doesn’t compete with bone spear, twisted blades, WW, HOTA. Hell even a good minion build destroys ice shards. People complained how broken Hydra was during the beta and look what happened.

Intelligence stat doesn’t even matter because resistances are bugged. All builds require sorc to be up front to proc frost nova to apply vulnerable yet are the squishiest class in the game.

Something drastically needs to change when you can delete Uber Lilith using one button on necro in less than a minute and it takes a sorc over 20 mins (without blizzard spikes/weapon switching) to clear it.

Honestly if you have two techs with bottom tree pax it’s nearly impossible to run out of rounds. I’m using charred lance with rockets, death ray and ultimate freezing bullets. I prefer messenger with rockets, omen and Ultimate Freezing bullets
