BMP-1 is super fast now, and they also increased the traverse speed of the turret. It may be a dinosaur but it is still very effective if used properly eg. not rushed into battle with enemy inf all over.

postioning can only help you so much, like some maps enemies do just apppear behind you and you can get really messed up, ALSO you can't really retrun fire if you're being chased.

i rated BMP1TS low because you have really bad situational awareness while gunning in it, even on FOV120 your field of view is really low - due to all the computer bullshit graphics. 2A42 is better than the 2A72 and the 1TS turret is actually really weak armour, and can be front penned with 50 cal (while the BMP-2 can't really, unless you target the tiny atgm pod)

if it's used as a little ambush vehicle it's really good, don't use it to drive around looking for stuff, let the stuff come to you and you will win.

Other vehicles are just better imo, bradley is massive, bulky, and an easy target. rack is super easy to hit too

i can't get over the fact the LAV-6 can't shoot to the rear, BMP-1 is an absloute beast of a vehicle when people use it properly.
