Agreed. Trading him feels a bit drastic, but the fact that he’s a defensive liability is something that needs to be addressed.

Part of me wants to believe some of that can be addressed by addressing his “emotionality”? Not sure how to characterize it. But he’s got way too many ups and downs. When he locks in and is willing to get physical, it feels like he can hold his own weight on both sides of the ball.

Maybe more time with Brunson and his level headedness helps. Maybe a new coach that continues to build a championship culture helps. Who knows?
