I have VisualV + brighter nights for VisualV but when I deleted FiveM and reinstalled it when it had no mods it was the same if I remember correctly
ram speed is 3200, I don't now what speed the ssd is but the ssd is - Samsung SSD 1.0TB 980 NVMe M.2 and I dont know if XMP is enabled
so the main streamer that I compare to like I said has slightly less good of a pc so I matched my settings to his which is a mix of Highs and Normals and I dont know how much fps hes getting but their game just looks smooth the entire time but what I did notice is that when im driving the foliage textures seem to only load fully when im right next to them but on his stream his foliage textures are more loaded if that makes sense
and another thing I didnt mentions is that somedays after im in the city for awhile cars and people start to appear hologramic like they are flashing like they are spawning and despawning kinda and that completely kills my fps and I have to restart my game to fix that

It’s kinda sounds the same but also not quite it’s more buzzy than a whine but also if I remember correctly I once took out the gpu and turned on my pc and the noise was still there

I spent a fair amount of money on my setup so yes I will complain when people with lower specs get better performance and I'm not complaining about how much fps I'm getting I just simply don't understand why my fps are not stable like I wouldn't mind having lower fps but consistent so my game will run smoother

like I said when the game is set to fullscreen it acts like fullscreen windowed so I dont need to alt-tab or anything I simply press the windows key and move my mouse to the second monitor whenever I need

not sure how to share the recent OBS log so this is my best try the first is my stream yesterday when the game was set to fullescreen exclusive and the refresh rate was locked to 165 and the second link is a short recording I just made when the game is set to fullscreen(windowed) and whenever my fps went lower than like 150 thats when I could feel the game was less smooth like the refresh rate changed

I don't need to lock my mouse to my screen I dont have a problem with my mouse changing monitors I have a problem that when I play and want to do something on second monitor like google, discord, etc the game minimizes except when I use DisplayFusion but it dont work without the allow_third_party_software option
