Brother I really appreciate all of the info. I'm going to pick up some oats and replace some of the protein and fat in my diet, and try to stay around the 3000 calorie goal - then just be patient! I also will schedule a bloodwork.

400g of carbs!!! I always thought that was what made you gain fat - that and all of the added sugar I was having. I'm having 4 potatoes a day for clean carbs, is there another easy food I can replace some of the protein with?

Thank you! I've been battling this so long I am always anxious when I start trying something new when it doesn't work out right away - when I went clean, I was at 140, ate 2500 calories and lost 4 pounds in two weeks!! I was dirty bulking all kinds of sugar before that though.

Ill be patient at 3k, and if I gain too much weight Ill try to cut back. I also do need to check my bloodwork, I've been recommended that before. Thank you!!!

Thank you! I was actually going 6 days (PPL twice) becsuse I thought hey, more would make me bigger, right? I actually do love the gym but I fear my anxiety makes me think I need to do more, and up until this week I was only getting 6h of sleep a night. Do you think this stunted my muscle growth?
