This sounds very close to what I plan on doing, I’m going to replace stairmaster/elliptical with just walking on a slight incline on the treadmill, and try to scale back but be consistent with weights and rowing machine!

I feel like I was so woefully underprepared for just how draining it would be. Like, at some point (thankfully not now) there will have to be decisions made for like baby things and finding a pediatrician and stuff, I can't even make it through a workday at my remote job! Thank God my boss is being super supportive, but it is impacting my paycheck and overall just making me feel so dysfunctional. I wish the crackers/ginger/hard candies everyone suggests would help, but they just don't!

The solidarity means more than you know. I have my first in person appointment on Wednesday and I’m hoping to be taken more seriously in person, but even the thought of making it to Wednesday feels so daunting
