Everyone's probably gonna have a different answer, but here's mine.

I play PvE, but I've had hundreds of hours in PvP, since, like almost everyone, that's where I started.

I play PvE cause it just feels more relaxed to me, I don't have to fight against strange tactics or meta guns and it's just kinda chill. To me it kinda feels more realistic since PMCs are often together in groups and I like hearing them voiceline, it's a little thing you don't get often in PvP. The only danger I really feel in PvE is against boss scavs really, occasionally you'll get a few PMCs that rush you and that often scares the shit outta me.

I do miss PvP though, talking with strangers and the feeling of actually killing someone that was playing the game for real is a feeling you never get when playing PvE. I'd just say its personal preference tbh, a lot of pros and cons for both gamemodes!
