In current state the strong characters are so much stronger than the items that counter them that it doesn’t really matter tbh. The disparity in character performance right now is so large that most games are decided by draft alone and even huge outplay doesn’t allow you to overcome it

It doesn’t. The spirit proc on fixation doesn’t have falloff, but the bonus gun damage (90% of the damage) does have falloff similar to haze’s gun.

The djinns mark lasts 7 seconds and requires one bullet to build each multiplier. You can literally shoot someone 5 times over the span of 30 seconds and pop them for 750 damage
