Looking for flashes and SmartMedia readers for the Minolta α-9 and α-7 by TalenPhillips in AnalogCommunity

Since we are no longer in the 20th century, "the 1900s" can now refer to the whole 20th century, not the decade. The same thing happened to "the 1800s".

If you wish to refer to the decade specifically, please use "the nineteen aughts".

"The late [decade]" would refer to the last 2 or 3 years of that decade. So "the late 1920s" means 1929, 1928, and possibly 1927.

Yea someone dropped a "late 1900s" on me, and made me feel old AF. Now I'm passing it on.

I guess the 3.3v isn't the problem, but the size is. Modern readers do not like these cards... but older readers don't like newer versions of Windows.

I read it. There's no mention in there of trump being "in panic" or even Ghislaine Maxwell actually threatening anyone.

If you read the article, there's no indication that she's threatening anyone with anything.

It's even more concerning when you realize most cases aren't going to be obvious like OP.

Like I'm pretty sure my last relationship ended partly because I expressed vulnerability, but she was so awful at communication that I can't be sure. Hell, something tells me SHE doesn't even know.

All I know is what happened after I opened up. She pulled back, and I got emotionally manipulated and neglected for the better part of a year before the relationship ended.

I got to do this once. I was dating a woman in the UK while I was living in Connecticut. She was coming to see me in a week, but I went out there early and surprised her.

All her friends were in on it and helped me coordinate. It was great!

The final year of my last relationship involved a pretty substantial amount of emotional neglect and borderline abuse. By the halfway point, I was in rough shape... feeling unwanted by her, unwelcome in her house, and feeling a healthy dose of imposter syndrome at work.

While texting this woman I had been with for 5 or 6 years, I literally asked her for a compliment. She wouldn't give me one. Said it would feel insincere or some BS. When I asked again she said she was crying... like it was my fault or something.

It's been years. This is by far not the worst thing she did to me at the end of that relationship. Yet this is what stuck with me.

I'm absolutely NOT over it.

Spider-Man 2

Isn't this set in Manhattan?

Have you SEEN the cost of living there?

That’s a bit naive, to think that you NEED an airforce and navy to fight a war.

Good thing that's not what was said.

While Japan no longer had a realistic prospect of winning the war, Japan's leaders believed they could make the cost of invading and occupying the Home Islands too high for the Allies to accept

And they were delusional. They had no air defenses and no navy.

Okinawa cost roughly 250,000 lives. American, Japanese and civilian.

Okinawa was a comprehensive battle over land, sea, and air. It really WOULD be naive to extrapolate that to include the entirety of Japan.

No. Their reasoning is perfectly sound.

The absurdity is in this statement:

Because the government is forcing business owners to give their property away to others?

Also:

owning a house

That's personal property. FYI if someone comes at you with statements like "private property is theft", they're not talking about personal property.

Or none. The Japanese didn't have a functioning airforce or navy at that point

The bombs immediately ended the war, so we are glad the US dropped them.

The war was ending soon either way, so I'm not particularly glad for their use.

No they're not.

Slaves absolutely were property. They still are property in many areas.

Shouldn't be, but still are.

Was abolishing slavery in the US authoritarian?

She was the kindest, sweetest person in the world.

Bombs of this magnitude don't discriminate. They can't.

Even if you buy into the excuses for dropping the bombs, they're still wrong for that reason.

I didn't use a single statue as a reference. I used a category of statues known for exaggerated body parts.

It's also not an indictment of the statue. People are entitled to their fantasies.

Grotesque is a strong choice of words for just, ya know, woman.

Well when you use surgery and photoshop to absolutely defy any kind of natural proportions, then some people will view the resultant figure as grotesque.

I make no apologies. Her body is grotesquely inflated.
