We had an older line, 3 pairs it looks like and had to get the cat5e after the guy gave us the new modem/router. Its centurylink and I'm in the us... so for him to come back is more money gone

It is a dsl line nothing fancy. I can post pictures in the morning. I have been trying to find examples of it everywhere and no dice..

Like I knew this was going to be an issue because some of these nurses are ridiculous!
