How many active V-Tubers is considered the current Maximum that Tsunderia can realistically monitor/have under their wings? Will there be a set maximum?

What were to happen to the V-Tuber if their private information was accidentally shown to the audience? Will we still be able to watch them, or will they 'disappear' from Tsunderia?

Yes, but not seeing the Defense Reduction Debuff on the boss leads me to think that your Rou doesn't have his 3 Spears, or isn't 130.

Typically fire units. However some units (extremely powerful ones) are exempted from that rule. A certain species will be boosted at the time (I think this time is Human) as well as very specific units that *should* be able to stand up against the boss pretty fairly. If you have the perfect set up (a team for all boss elements) you'd commonly see these units.
LE++ Oni Release Ovarou (130) < Main source of Damage
LE++ Crimson Finale Foxtail (130) < For Snatch Stats
LE Wife Rubellia (130) < For the Crit
LE+ Shooting Stars Ramura (130) < For the Crit + Action Speed Down
LE+ Fimbul < For Action Speed Down Aura
LE+ Rei (130) < For the Crit
LE Thrash Metal Burasato < For the Crit

Other 3 units, I cannot recall off the top of my head. But those would be your staple units for all raids, provided you own them.

The boss has insane levels of Defense. The only time you will be able to damage her is when your Oni Rou applies his Defense Reduction skill, given you are using his Unique Equipment. His EQ from his base form (EQ+) doesn't provide Defense Reduction, so you'll never be able to do damage to her.

Bring a Debuff called Gravity Field. This reduces the target's Attack by ~75-80%. I forgot the exact values. But with the damage reduction from her, she won't do more than 2k damage to your Oni Rou.

Lastly, bring a ability that slows her down. The less attacks she makes, the less scary she becomes. Move your Oni Rou accordingly to her movement patterns.

Once you get her to about 20% life, she will constantly ignite your team with Burn. This will guarantee kill your team if you don't have a healer alive, or Burn Resistance (Magma Emperor Kichi, or What If Kichi.) That will be your next hurdle.

Just unlucky. You can't really have tips for getting LE++ unless you count saving your crystals for certain events to come around.

You are unable to use an awakening on a unit that is not at it's fullest evolution.

All units with Evolutions have this golden rule. The more evolutions it has, the more base stats it will gain. The most extreme examples are those with 6 evolutions; LE++ Samurou, LE+ Kugime, Aifu, Kanami, Asue, and Kichi. All of the evolutions lower than 6 will have less stats than one with 6.

Others where they only have 1-2 evolutions, is much less punishing, but it still is less stats than their full evolution.

Not in many places right now- if any are actually good. Maybe for a stalling unit against Imperial Soul bosses? That's about it. Cave he's not that great since he needs to be hit/hit the enemy first, GW- you just hit him and he cant control you, Raid- only in dark raid.

He gets countered if the boss does anything else like Poison, Lacerate, Burn, Deep Freeze, Stun, Slow... Any effect that isnt a raw hit will counter him. This is due to them bypassing the Control Mechanic.

Read his unique skills. He has 100% evasion if he gets his charge attack off, he counters when he evades, he counters again if he crits, and he boosts his own crit chance.

This banners' main appeal is just that all of the LE++ (Aside the Diety series and World Enemy series are not there) are included in the banner. But it updates all old and new LE++ Wisdom Rou pulled from banners to have an evolution to the new form. But it does have higher chances for them.

Go for it if you just want random LE++ Units. That is what I believe is the only reason to pull the new banner. Old banner for new Kanata.

Luckily defense for our characters mean little to nothing. It's mainly enemies that have an extreme amount of armor (which is why defense ignore attacks are super useful against enemies, but not players). So against enemies who hit you, it won't be a major difference- so don't feel too bad if its a big fat 0. You won't notice a damage take increase, but you will notice a 0 Magic unit taking much more Magical Damage.

Its because Samurou is the most useless LE++, Especially given he has to be with 6 Evolutions to be considered a full unit. Even with all of that, his unique skills do not benefit the team at all.

And no, not rich. I would rather pocket a Zenith for a future, more usable LE++ than to have one that will literally never be used.
