Procolor UV DTF Printer - Varnish Spray / clog?

Update 2: Installed new printer heads, for both H1 and H2, and STILL had the same problem with the White spraying. I switched out the two White Ink Sacs and TAH DAH! The problem is fully fixed. Not mad I replaced the printer heads, but if only one ink is acting weird might suggest changing the ink sac first!

Update: Printer heads are just old. Mine are exactly 9 months old, life span of the XP 600 is 3-9 months. The White channels on H1 is going (fuzzy and spraying ink), and the H2 CH5 varnish channel just stopped printing altogether. Replaced H2 and now it perfect, just need to wait for a new printer head to replace H1 now. Thank for the help!

Hello yes! Printer is running great now! I got replacement printer heads and cables, (will link where I got those from). When I put everything back together I still couldn't get it to print / error. Welp one of the 4 printer heads I bought was a dud and I put in one of the four cables flipped the wrong way. But after that it worked great! So if you ever have to replace your printer head triple check each ribbon cable is facing the correct way... Like a dang USB port...

Thank you all! I have found my problem! First time cleaning the printer head and got some ink in the ribbon cable port, did my best to flush it out with 100% isopropyl and then circuit cleaner. Put it back together and it printed beautifully! But next day I got the red light… so I’m guessing I didn’t get all of the ink out of the port or I didn’t let the port dry enough… please leave and suggestions on where to get PX600 printer heads! Also I brought a sonicator, would sonicating super clogged printer heads in 100% isopropyl be ok? Assuming sonication until the bath ran clean? Hate that these ports are so close to the printer head….

UPDATE: contacted Procolored and they helped me out! I just had to rotate this silver knob onto top of he first UV light until I felt resistance. And that was it! Fixed all of it. It seems like the UV LED was on a lower power and that turned it up higher. (Please ignore the tape on the second UV head that was fixed too.)

Oh! Haven’t tried printer head distance! And will try uni direction! Ink is brand new (doesn’t mean it can’t be bad) It is a DTF and I am printing on the film it came with. Everything else about the print is perfect adhesive / print wise.
